We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club. Express check out with Yahoo Wallet is also available. To place an order with a Check or Money Order please go to our Check Out page as if you were ordering online and fill in your shipping information. Choose the UPS Ground Shipping option and click continue. The next page will give you your order total. Fill in the billing field with your shipping address. SHIPPING METHODS & FEES-
Most In-Stock orders will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days unless otherwise notified or stated on the item page or Back-Ordered.
We offer the following delivery options on In-Stock merchandise:
UPS Ground (3-5 business days depending on destination)
UPS 3 Day Select (delivery within 3 business days)
USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days)
USPS Next Day Air (1-2 days)
You may review the cost for any of shipping option for your order by choosing that shipping option on the Shipping Options drop-down menu during checkout. The shipping charge displayed will reflect the cost for that particular service. All Shipping Fees are based on the weight and destination of the package. Priority Mail is your best choice for packages under 4lbs. UPS will be your best choice for heavy packages over 4lbs. Shipping fees may be updated to reflect the accurate weight if your order is changed before shipping.
DELIVERY TIME-
Once you've placed your order, we will send you an order confirmation email letting you know that your order has been received and is being processed. You will also receive email updates regarding your order until it is shipped. Tracking Confirmations will be emailed at time of shipping. Please indicate time sensitive orders in the Comments Field of your Order Form so we can let you know if your request is possible.
We are only shipping to the USA and USA Territories that are serviced by USPS Priority Mail and UPS at current rates. International Shipping is not currently available.
We reserve the right to cancel orders that do not meet our shipping or ordering criteria. If an order is returned to us by the USPS as unclaimed, we will credit your account for the merchandise total only. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless we are in error. You may also have your order reshipped and a new shipping charge will apply. We will make every attempt to help you track and receive your package.
SALES TAX-
We are required to add 7.75% sales tax to all orders shipped within the state of California.
RETURN POLICY-
You may return an item for any reason within 30 days of your receiving date. Returned items must be in resellable condition and in the original box to receive a refund or store credit. No credit will be issued for returned merchandise that has been altered or damaged. Please email us at info@ahomeeclectic.com BEFORE you ship your return to receive Return Instructions. Refunds will be made for the merchandise price only minus any discounts that may have applied. You will be credited in the same method as original payment. Customer is responsible for return postage. We suggest that you purchase tracking for your return to insure we receive your package.
Clearance and Sale Items are not returnable.
Returns received after the 30 day Return Period will be issued a Store Credit #Code via email redeemable toward future A Home Eclectic purchases. This #Code should be submitted in the Coupon field of your New Order and will be credited to that sale at order processing. Your Store Credit will be updated with each order until the balance is used. Any remaining portion of Credit over $5.00 will remain a Store Credit. Credit balances under $5.00 will be issued a refund to the original method of payment.
No Return or Exchange will be accepted after 60 days.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS-
All shipments that are refused at the time of delivery will be issued an in-store credit for the amount of the product items less a 20% restocking fee once the items are returned to us. We will not issue a refund for shipping and/or rush fees. Any additional transportation charges incurred due to the refusal will be charged back to the customers account and/or credit card.
DAMAGES & SHORTAGES-
All damage & missing item claims must be made within 3 business days of receipt of package by sending an email to the above email address. We will email handling instructions for your damaged merchandise. If your package was damaged in transit you must notify us within 3 business days so we can make a claim with the carrier.
Notification of damage or missing items after 3 days will require you to file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. We will provide all tracking numbers, receipts and shipping information for you to complete the claim paperwork.
We can not be responsible for missing item claims if you fail to contact us in a timely manner. Please check your package and contents carefully, marking the packing slip as each item is unpacked as proof of receipt.
If we are able to file the claim for you we will ship a replacement as quickly as possible. Do not discard the damaged packaging in the event the carrier would like to inspect the box and contents. Damages are rare yet they do happen.
